Refund policy

At GreenAhara, we deal with perishable and consumable food products. To ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity, our return policy is structured accordingly.

General Policy

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We will review and resolve issues in the following cases:

a) Damaged Product
Broken bottle, leaking sachets, or visibly damaged packaging.

b) Incorrect Product Delivered
Wrong SKU or variant sent.

c) Manufacturing Defect
Unusual odor, contamination, or product quality concern (subject to verification only).

Reporting Timeline

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after this period may not be accepted.

How to Raise a Request

Email or contact us with:

Order ID
Description of the issue
Clear photos/videos of:
    Outer packaging
    Product condition
    Batch details (if visible)

Resolution Process

After review, we may offer:
    Replacement (preferred)
    Refund to the original payment method
    Store credit (case-dependent)

Non-Eligible Cases

Opened or consumed products (unless quality issue verified)
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect usage or storage by customer
Minor packaging differences not affecting product quality

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
